Supporting TAP means directly investing in the future of our performing arts in Aotearoa!
For 15 years, The Actors' Program (TAP) has been a launchpad for the most dynamic stage and screen talent in Aotearoa. Now we need your help to strengthen the next 15 years of actor training. With over 200+ graduates and 98% securing professional representation when they leave the school, TAP is recognised for excellence in actor training.
TAP graduates enrich our creative industries, reflect our diverse voices, and represent Aotearoa on global stages and screens.
Small classes, industry-led mentorship and deep creative whanaungatanga.
TAP operates outside the formal education system by design. This allows us to cap class sizes and deliver highly personalised industry-led training that larger institutions can’t offer. However, it also means no government funding, no student loans, and high barriers for aspiring actors and directors who can’t afford to pay up front.
Your donations go directly towards student scholarships to keep our school accessible to all, as well as the creation of showcases and films that help launch actors into the industry.
We're a charitable trust, all donations are 33% tax-deductible.
